The region
Run from Skopje.
Every region of ubc now is run by people who live in it. They set the daily allowance, decide how many new people join each week, and choose the identity flow that decides who belongs here.
In this one that flow is nationality: prove with a government document that you are a citizen of North Macedonia, and your share is waiting. The proof happens on your phone. We learn that you are a real, unique person from here, and nothing else.
Every corner of the country.
